My Workout Routine


I’m really really sorry for not posting in ages,I was supposed to blog everyday and I feel extremely bad for not doing that but I promise I’ll make it up to you❤️And I’m starting off with this post:

So typical me started this because I was bored😂I realize it sounds weird but this is my idea of fun😂😂Anyway,I lasted about a day before I forgot about it and drank some Sprite😂What I’m trying to say is,I decided the diet life was not for me. So I turned to my old friend exercise😂See, here’s the thing,I’m probably never gonna be able to stick to a diet, but a workout?That’s a different story.

So this year I’ve been doing the Sleigh The Holiday Challenge I missed two days coz of packing for my flight and you know, flying, in the air,with people next to me. I don’t think the captain would’ve appreciated me doing Mountain Climbers on the plane😂😂 So now that I’m getting settled into the Australian vibe, I wanna get back into my workout routine however I refuse to suffer through it alone😏

Now you’re probably thinking “Oh great,she’s done it again,where am I supposed to get a reindeer and 3 guinea pigs to fix her mess😫”

But luckily for you,all we’re gonna be doing is a one week workout😂Now keep in mind I didn’t say it would be easy😂because it won’t 😂It’ll be gruesome and you’ll be sweaty but it’s a no equipment workout so you have no excuses😋

**Also keep in mind that I’m 13 so we probably have very different ideas of gruesome😂Plus I don’t go to the gym so I would never start talking about machines because I’m clueless about that stuff😂😂

Day 1(Arms)💪🏽

  • 25 large arm circles
  • 25 small arm circles
  • 2 minute shoulder taps
  • Bicep curls
  • Shoulder taps

Day 2(Abs)👙

I work on my abs the most out,just because,you know,we all want that six pack😂😂

  • Up and down plank (2 minutes)
  • Mountain climbers (1-2 minutes)
  • Scissor kicks(2 minutes)
  • Bicycle crunches
  • Sit-ups

And my absolute favourite…. Which is basically this:

Day 3(Leg day)👠

  • 100 squats

Day 4(Full Body Workout)🔥🔥

If you’ve made it this far and haven’t forgotten,I’m impressed😂But maybe that’s just because I have short term memory and can be really lazy when I shouldn’t😂

Day 4 is a total body workout and for this I just use one of Cassy’s Workouts, because they are totally killer✨✨

Day 5

Day 5 is another abs workout because,you know,I want a six pack😊😂😂😂

  • Triangle push-ups
  • Sit-ups
  • Flutter kicks
  • Sky stab crunches

And that is pretty much it,I’ll do other stuff too if I feel like it but like let’s be real,I’m 13 I don’t do this everyday😂
